With individual and unique skills, expertise, and experience in applied (mixed-methods) research, project management, project assessments and evaluation, socio-economic, climate change, child protection/human rights, and gender-based research and analysis, the CMDA technical staff pool represents a reliable interdisciplinary team.
The Associates' Director is assisted by a team of dedicated professionals, including Operations staff and Research Associates within the Programme Unit. CMDA-SL has a network of highly qualified Policy Analysts, Economists, Engineers, Agronomists and Social Scientists with considerable local and international experiences some of whom currently hold tenure with various higher institutions of learning in Sierra Leone. We also maintain a current database of more than 500 experienced local data collectors distributed in all districts of Sierra Leone who can be called upon at short notice.
