Position: Research Associate

Andrew Katta has a Master of Science degree in Rural development (Njala University), BA Hons degree in Geography and a post graduate Diploma in Education from Fourah Bay college).

Andrew a development Specialist, has 22 years’ work experience working with the Government of Sierra Leone Civil Service, International Non – Governmental Organization as Program Manager, United Nations Development Programme as Project Manager, Knowledge Management Monitoring &Evaluation Consultant to Western Area Peninsula Project, Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change and Research Associate, CMDA.

In the course of his assignment, Andrew has acquired profound knowledge and skills in Project Design, implementation, monitoring and Evaluation of Agriculture, Livelihood, Microfinance Projects and Natural Resources Management NRM) Programs. He has vast knowledge in project Management and consultancy work

Andrew has skills in the areas of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and capable of accessing internet for vital information and communication including Microsoft Outlooks. He is a Team builder and capable of working in remote locations and under stress with people of diverse cultural background.

Temitope Ajiboye

Position: Research Associate

Temitope Ajiboye is an academic and health research consultant with over a decade of experience in infectious disease and public health. Holding a master’s in medical Virology, Ajiboye combines academic expertise with extensive field experience. As a lecturer at Milton Margai Technical University and adjunct lecturer at the College of Medicine and Applied Health Sciences, he has helped develop and teach modules in Virology, Parasitology and Immunology, among others.

Ajiboye has consulted for major NGOs on public health projects and contributes to national policy as a member of Sierra Leone's Antimicrobial Resistance Technical Working Group as well as the Zoonotic Disease Surveillance Technical Working Group. His multifaceted experience enables innovative, evidence-based solutions to complex health challenges.

Chernor Mohamadu Jalloh

Position: Research Associate

Chernor M. Jalloh is a seasoned public policy and governance specialist with nearly two decades of experience in research, policy analysis, academic leadership, and project coordination. As an Associate Consultant at Conflict Management and Development Associates (CMDA) since 2022, he has contributed to drafting research and technical proposals, training data collectors, coordinating fieldwork across Sierra Leone, and producing high-quality reports.

He lectures at IPAM, University of Sierra Leone, and Université Général Lansana Conté in Conakry, and holds advanced degrees from top institutions in the USA, China, and Norway. His expertise spans governance, strategic management, research methodology, and digital public service delivery. Chernor’s work bridges academia and practice, emphasizing inclusive governance, data-driven policy, and capacity building. His professional approach is grounded in fostering sustainable development through evidence-based research and transformative action.
